Appraisal Advisor, LLC is a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm that is
owned and operated by Martinn E. Winters, MAI. Martinn is a Certified General appraiser, licensed in the
state of Georgia. In addition, he holds an MBA from George Washington University.
Prior to developing his commercial real estate career, Martinn had 12 years of experience in banking as a Vice President Commercial Loan Officer. In 1986 he began engaging in nationwide commercial real estate transactions for Circuit City. Other commercial clients included Homart Development (a subsidiary of Sears), AMB Institutional Realty Advisors, First Union Securities, First Union Bank, Morgan Stanley, and John Hancock. Martinn’s commercial appraisal experience began in 2002, and Appraisal Advisor, LLC was started in 2005. Current clients include local and regional banks and private investors. Appraisal Advisor, LLC combines National Expertise with Local Service.
